How Pier9 is responding to the current pandemic & our community with our services and training


We hope you are well during these uncertain times. It’s new territory for all of us and we’re all having to adapt to working differently in our businesses as well as thinking about our families, colleagues, and communities.

At Pier9, we wanted to reach out to you about what we are doing at Pier9 and how we are supporting our clients and communities over the next few weeks. 

We are doing everything we can to ensure our team and our client’s safety. All of us at Pier9 are healthy and our services are still up and running.

After today we’ll mainly be working remotely until advised otherwise. But, like everyone, we’re taking things one day at a time and remaining as agile as possible.

  • We’re still working with all our clients (albeit via video conferencing for now)
  • We’re still managing marketing campaigns, design projects, social accounts and ad campaigns for our clients – and liaising closely with each of them about how best to communicate with customers. 
  • We are available to deliver training for those who want to learn more about marketing elements that they have always wanted to learn, remote collaboration and communication tools and processes. Our experience helped Proelium Law learn new skills and tools in order to raise their own profile, view the case study here.

We are here to support you if you need any help or advice in relation to marketing your business and communicating with your customers or any other concerns you might have for your business that we can help with. 

Business as usual?

If you are working from home and not used to this, maybe we can help.

We are used to working remotely as a team in different locations and countries, with the help of some really useful tools for video conferencing, collaborative online spaces and liaising with our clients via messaging apps, so if you need any advice on how to do this effectively, please just ask! 

We’ll keep you up to date about any other changes.
