The firm was established as an ABS in November 2015 to provide legal advice within the niche high-risk sector – advising UK-based service providers on the complexities of working in hostile environments, conducting business and human rights due diligence, and ensuring anti-money laundering, counter terrorist-financing, and anti-bribery compliance for companies intending to run in high-risk areas or conflict zones.
With a self-built site already up and running, the partners knew they needed a more polished online presence to enhance their credibility with discerning individuals and blue chip companies. With little experience in marketing, but plenty of contacts, the firm was relatively unknown. There was a requirement to improve awareness and support business development.
The Partners were busy fulfilling new contracts, building the team and meeting new clients, leaving no time to dedicate to developing their marketing. They needed help with marketing strategy and website development, had a limited budget to work with, but were willing to get hands-on to take things forward
We developed a new site design and marketing strategy which gave them a solid plan to work from. We also created a tactical growth plan, focusing on three months timelines. With limited resources (budget and team) we also ensured that everything that we proposed could be done in-house.
